Bank of Baroda also enables EMI-backed purchases with Platinum Credit Card. It works in two ways - post-purchase or at the time of purchase.

How to Convert into EMI Post Purchase?

The EMI conversion on Bank of Baroda Platinum Credit Card is applicable after you purchase with the same. Purchases worth 2,500 and more can be converted into Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) for tenures of 6 or 12 months at an interest rate of 1.50% per month. All that you need to do is to email the request to crm@bibcards.com and list out the transactions you want them to be converted into EMIs.

EMI Conversion While Purchasing

The bank has tied up with many merchant establishments wherein you can go and get the transaction converted into EMI while purchasing with the card. You may be offered tenures of 3-24 months at retail stores. The interest rate can be anywhere between 13%-15% per annum.

  • Interest on revolving credit - 2.60% per month on a reducing balance basis
  • Cash withdrawal charges - 200-250
