  • Allotted home - If an individual owns a house that is allotted by owning agency or DDA, even if it falls under the criteria of 66.9 square meters, they will not be eligible for the DDA housing scheme apply online.

There are no documents required during the time of registration since it only requires a photograph and signature. However, during allotment time, the self-attested documents are submitted including identity proof, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and ration card. In addition to this, a resident proof or utility bill is required such as telephone bill, electricity bill, bank passbook, house tax proof, water bill, etc. that has a name and address. If an individual has filled out for EWS or reserved category then they have to upload income certificate or proof issue under the name of Tehsildar or SDM.

Apart from this, there are 13 impaneled where the application can be accessed including HDFC Bank, SBI, Central Bank of India, ICICI Bank, SBI, Syndicate Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, IndusInd Bank, Union Bank of India, Axis Bank, etc.
